About The Gallery
TASA Gallery, also known as Take-A-Seat-Art, isn't just a gallery; it's a vibrant art studio offering workshops for all levels, from illustration to acrylics. They host fun "art jamming" sessions, 3-hour workshops and provide a welcoming space for anyone to explore their creativity, grab some supplies, and connect with other art enthusiasts.

Safety and Security
Tenants are responsible for the safety and security of their belongings while in the studio. TASA Gallery is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property. Maintaining a clean and organised workspace is expected of all tenants.- Termination of Agreement:

Studio spaces are rented on a short term (6 months) to long term (12 months) basis. A walkthrough can be scheduled to view the available spaces.
Rental fees and payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon during the booking process. A one-month security deposit is required.
24-hour access to the space. The space is for artistic purposes only. Proper use and care of all studio equipment and amenities are expected. Food and beverages are allowed in designated areas only.
A one-month notice period is required for termination of the rental agreement by either party.
A complete rental agreement document will be provided for review and signature upon booking confirmation. Consult with TASA Gallery directly for their most up-to-date and comprehensive agreement.
