EXCHANGE POLICY


Your Satisfaction Is Our Utmost Priority!

  • How To Request An Exchange

We want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase! If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the guidelines in this policy. You can request an exchange at any time, whether it's before or after the Overjoyed Guarantee Period has expired. We encourage you to communicate with us directly to resolve any issues.


  • Exchanging An Item

You can request an exchange for an item you received in the following situations:

  1. You received an empty or suspicious package;
  2. The item was incomplete (missing parts or accessories);
  3. The item doesn’t match what you ordered (like the wrong size or colour);
  4. The item is defective or faulty;
  5. The item is expired;
  6. The item was damaged during delivery;
  7. You changed your mind, provided that items must be returned to our stores in their original packaging and condition, with all tags and accessories included.

Inks, markers, nibs, paints, pencils and pens are strictly not exchangeable or returnable.


  • For Items Received

You can request an exchange within fifteen (15) days after the item from the date of purchase in the following ways:

In-Person: Visit us at the Factory Direct Store.

By Mail: Ship the item back to us at:

We’ll review your request and let you know if it’s approved—our decision is final, so please keep that in mind!


  • Condition for Exchanges

To make your exchange hassle-free, please send back the item (along with any extras like accessories) in the same condition you received it. We recommend taking a photo when you first receive it!


  • Shipping Fees for Exchanges

If it’s our issue: If we approve an exchange because of us (like sending the wrong item), we will cover both the return shipping fees and the initial delivery fees.

If it’s not the our issue: If the exchange is for reasons not our issue (like change of mind), we won’t pay for shipping.


  • Communication

We encourage open communication! If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us directly to resolve it. We’re here to help if needed!
