Take exit B when you tap out of the MRT gantry.

Follow the footpath till you reach the traffic light.

Cross the road in front of Raffles Institution side gate.

Cross the road again towards your left onto Jalan Pemimpin.

Continue straight along Jalan Pemimpin.

You are near once you see the Kong Beng Industrial Building signboard.

Enter the gate with the "41" sign.

Turn left after entering the gate.

Walk straight towards the back of the building.
