The OVS-1G Oscillating Spindle Sander is a compact bench-top sanding machine designed for shaping and refining curved wooden components with control and consistency. Powered by a 1/2 HP motor operating on 230V single-phase supply, it delivers smooth rotational sanding combined with vertical oscillation, allowing even material removal while reducing heat build-up and surface burn marks.

The vertical sanding spindle accepts abrasive sleeves for precise finishing of internal curves, contoured edges, and jigsaw-cut profiles. The oscillating action distributes wear across the full height of the sleeve, extending abrasive life and producing a cleaner, more uniform finish. This makes it particularly suitable for workshop environments where accuracy and repeatability are required.

A built-in dust extraction outlet enables connection to a vacuum or central dust collection system, helping to maintain a cleaner workspace during operation.
