Welcome to Overjoyed! These Terms govern the sale of products ("Products") from Overjoyed to you. By placing an order that we accept, you agree to these Terms.
- Defined Terms

Terms: These terms and conditions of sale.
Products: Any products you order and we accept.
You: The customer placing an order.
- Orders
All orders you place are subject to our acceptance. Overjoyed reserves the right to:
- Revise prices
- Limit quantities
- Correct any errors on our website (www.overjoyed.xyz)
- Refuse orders at our discretion, including those from distributors, dealers, and warehouse stores.
If we discover an error in the price of your ordered Products, we will notify you as soon as possible. If the price listed is incorrect for any reason, we will reach out to confirm the correct price and ask if you would still like to proceed with your order. Please note that we are not obligated to fulfill orders placed at incorrect prices. If we fulfill your order before we notice the error, we reserve the right to retrieve the goods and either refund you or charge you the correct amount.
Unless permitted by applicable law, you may not cancel an accepted order without written agreement from Overjoyed.
- Delivery
While we strive for timely delivery, Overjoyed is not liable for any costs or damages resulting from late or non-delivery of Products. Any delay will not give you the right to reject the Products or cancel your order. We reserve the right to deliver your Products in installments.
- Payment
We reserve the right to adjust the price of Products to reflect any increases in costs due to factors beyond our control, with notice at the time you place your order.
- Liability
Overjoyed is not liable for any loss of income or profits, or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, however caused, including through negligence or breach of these Terms. These Terms outline the full extent of our obligations and liabilities concerning the sale of Products. We do not offer any additional conditions, warranties, or terms regarding quality or fitness for a particular purpose unless explicitly stated in these Terms.
- General
Overjoyed is not liable for any loss or damage you might suffer due to delays or failures in fulfilling obligations under these Terms, provided such delays are beyond our reasonable control. In cases of insufficient stock to meet all orders, we may allocate available stock at our discretion.
These Terms, along with any terms on order forms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Overjoyed regarding the Products. The failure of either party to enforce any of these Terms does not waive that term or affect the right to enforce it later. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still apply.
No amendments to these Terms will be binding unless agreed upon in writing by an authorised representative of Overjoyed. We may transfer any contracts or rights under these Terms as needed. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and any disputes will be settled in its courts.
