BAMBU LAB SA001If you plan to connect multiple AMS units together, you will need to purchase the AMS Hub.

Important notice
- The AMS requires specific accessory configurations for various Bambu Lab 3D printers.
- All accessories mentioned in the description need to purchase separately.

1. For A1 series Owner:
To connect AMS unit(s) to A1 series printer, an A1 series AMS Hub (SA013) is required.
A1 series printer can connect up to 4 AMS units (including AMS HT, AMS, AMS 2 Pro).
Note: AMS Lite cannot be used in combination with other AMS units.
2. For X1/P1 series Owner:
To connect a single AMS unit to X1/P1 series printer, a Filament Buffer (SA003), a PTFE Tube Coupler (FAZ006), and a 4-pin Cable (CAB002-N) are required.
To connect multiple AMS units, an AMS Hub (SA002-N), a PTFE Tube Coupler (FAZ006), and a 4-pin Cable (CAB002-N) are required.
X1/P1 series printer can connect up to 4 AMS units (including AMS HT, AMS, AMS 2 Pro).
3. For P2S Owner:
To connect one or two AMS unit(s) to P2S, a P2S Filament Buffer (SA011) is required.
To connect more than two AMS units, a P2S Filament Buffer (SA011) and 4-in-1 PTFE Adapter(s) (FAZ013-N) are required.
P2S printer can connect up to 4 AMS units (including AMS, AMS 2 Pro) and 4 AMS HT units.
4. For H2S Owner:
To connect more than one AMS unit to H2S, 4-in-1 PTFE Adapter(s) (FAZ013-N) are required.
To connect a single AMS unit, no extra accessory is required.
H2 series printer can connect up to 4 AMS units (including AMS, AMS 2 Pro) and 8 AMS HT units.
5. For H2D/H2C Owner:
To connect more than two AMS units to H2D/H2C, a 4-in-1 PTFE Adapter(s) (FAZ013-N) are required. For better performance, we recommend 4-in-1 PTFE Adapter II (SA014) for H2C.
To connect one or two AMS unit(s), no extra accessory is required.
H2 series printer can connect up to 4 AMS units (including AMS, AMS 2 Pro) and 8 AMS HT units.
NOTE:
The AMS works more like a sealed dry box:
- The AMS enclosure is fairly airtight
- You place desiccant packs inside
- Humidity is reduced and maintained at a lower level
- A humidity sensor monitors moisture levels
- The AMS does not actively remove moisture like an electric filament dryer or dehumidifier
- Wet filament should ideally be dried first before storing in the AMS
For materials like:
- PLA → AMS alone is usually fine in Singapore if desiccant is maintained
- PETG / Nylon / TPU → better to use a proper filament dryer first
Many users in humid countries like Singapore add:
- rechargeable silica gel packs,
- printed desiccant holders,
- or external filament dryers for long-term storage.
