- Simili Japon drawing paper is a 100% cellulose white paper
(these are fibers of the paper pulp mainly coming from wood,
after elimination of lignin). It has an excellent storage capacity.
- Smooth surface with a very fine grain, particularly suitable for
printing the finest details.
- Thanks to its internal and light surface sizing, this paper is ideal
for relief engraving such as block printing (ink applied to the
surface) and linocut.
- Can also be used for flat techniques such as screen printing
(stencil printing) and monotype (engraving process to obtain a
unique copy by printing).
- it is suitable for intaglio (ink applied in the hollows).
- A beautiful luminous tint, a real alternative to Japanese papers.
