HOLBEIN Meltz Color Pencil Blending Liquid Marker

The package of the oil-based colored pencil blur liquid "Meltz" has been renewed.

Draw on the screen with colored pencils in advance, melt it with "Meltz" and blur it to create a watercolor-like finish.

Meltz is a convenient blender that can dissolve oil-based colored pencils in a water-based liquid and blur them.

As a change from the conventional Meltz pen (Ref.No.OP807), the body is now a twin type of brush and round pen.
