OVJ Crystal Clear Epoxy Resin 1000ml

This epoxy resin is a versatile material used in a wide range of applications due to its strong adhesion, chemical resistance, and versatility. It comes in two parts: Part A (resin) and Part B (hardener). These parts must be mixed together in the correct ratio to activate the curing process.

Mixing Ratio:
By volume: 1 part A to 1 part B
By weight: 0.545kg of A to 0.48kg of B
Working Time (Pot Life): 15 to 60 minutes. This is the time you have to mix and work with the resin before it starts to harden.

Curing Time:
Demold Time: 4 to 12 hours. This is the time it takes for the epoxy to solidify enough to be removed from the mold.
Full Cure Time: 24 to 72 hours. The epoxy will continue to cure and reach its full strength during this time.
Recommended Depth of Cast: It's important to check the product specifications for the recommended depth of cast for specific applications. Deeper casts may take longer to cure fully and can generate more heat.

Part B Density: 0.9 to 1.0 g/cm³
