OVJ x Bambu Lab Installation & Servicing (1 Hour)

The 1-hour installation service refers to the allocated time for onsite setup of the printer. This time may also be used to assist with operational issues during installation. If additional servicing is required beyond this period, the printer may need to be brought to the service centre for further support. This service centre support is limited to one visit.

Bambu Lab China also provides a 1-year warranty, with technical support handled remotely. In the event of any issues with the printer, Bambu Lab will provide off-site assistance to help diagnose and resolve the problem. This warranty covers technical support only and does not include any parts replacement.
