OVJ x Bambu Lab Servicing (1 Hour)

The 1-hour servicing fee covers on-site logistics and professional maintenance to keep the printer in optimal condition. This includes a dedicated trip to collect the printer and transport it safely to the service centre.

At the service centre, preventive maintenance is carried out, including cleaning of the nozzle and extruder system, and lubrication of key moving components. These steps help maintain print quality, reduce wear, and support long-term reliability.

Due to the precision-based nature of 3D printers, regular servicing helps prevent issues caused by material buildup and continuous motion.

This service is issued as a credit with annual validity and can be used as and when needed within one year of purchase.

If required, additional servicing or technical support can be arranged on a pay-as-needed basis, with charges applied only when the service is carried out.

Bambu Lab China also provides a 12-month warranty with remote technical support for diagnosis and troubleshooting. This covers support only and does not include parts replacement.
