OVJ x Bambu Lab Servicing (1 Hour)

The 1-hour servicing includes one trip to the customer’s location to collect the printer and send it to the Singapore service centre. During servicing, maintenance will include cleaning of the nozzle and extruder, as well as greasing of key moving components to ensure smooth operation.

Bambu Lab China also provides a 1-year warranty, with technical support handled remotely. In the event of any issues with the printer, Bambu Lab will provide off-site assistance to help diagnose and resolve the problem. This warranty covers technical support only and does not include any parts replacement.
