DISCOVER Graffiti Toy Design By TASA
Graffiti Toy Design
By TASA | Custom Art Meets Urban Street Style
Unleash creativity with Graffiti Toy Design by TASA—a high-energy art workshop where students customise their own designer toy using graffiti-inspired techniques. Blending urban art culture with 3D surface design, this hands-on session encourages bold expression and contemporary visual storytelling.
Workshop Overview:
Participants will be introduced to the world of graffiti art and urban vinyl toys, then guided through the process of transforming a blank 3D figure into a vibrant, one-of-a-kind character using paint markers, colour blocking, and graffiti-style lettering.
What Students Will Do:
- Learn the Roots of Graffiti Culture
Discover the origins of street art and how it has evolved into a recognised form of creative expression across fashion, media, and design.
- Plan a Toy Character Design
Students sketch their concepts, experimenting with patterns, motifs, and graffiti lettering to personalise their toy.
- Customise with Colour & Style
Using safe, vibrant paint markers and pens, participants apply their designs directly onto the toy surface—exploring form, contrast, and visual rhythm.
- Express Identity Through Art
Encourage individuality and storytelling by designing characters that reflect personal themes, messages, or emotions.
Educational Value:
This workshop promotes self-expression, 3D thinking, and contemporary art appreciation, and aligns well with Visual Arts and Design learning goals:
- Exploring personal voice and modern visual language
- Applying design principles (form, contrast, rhythm) on 3D surfaces
