This Includes:
Installing new shelving: They would maximize vertical space by installing new, sturdy metal boltless shelving units. Heavier items like large paint jars and canvases would be placed on lower shelves for safety.

Using clear plastic containers: All small items, such as pastels, marker sets, and glue sticks, would be placed in clear, plastic bins. Each plastic containers would have a clear, easy-to-read label so that anyone can see what's inside without having to open it.

Creating a logical layout: Items would be stored based on how they're used. For example, all drawing supplies would be in one section, painting supplies in another, and so on. Frequently used items would be placed at eye level and near the entrance for quick access.

Implementing a labeling system: This is the most critical step for long-term success. Every shelf, bin, and drawer would be clearly labeled. This ensures that every item has a specific home, making it easy to find things and, more importantly, to put them back in the right place.
